MESHUGA
Meshuga's Pop UP gave you a taste of Israeli cuisine. Located in the Bains district of Geneva, Meshuga was the fruit of Raoul Weil's passion for his origins and cooking from the heart. The restaurant offered an authentic culinary experience, blending tradition and modernity, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Context and Mission
Raoul Weil, passionate about his origins and Israeli cuisine, dreamed of opening an Israeli restaurant in Geneva. He contacted Malipa Hospitality Solutions because he needed support in structuring his ideas and drafting his project. With little time and needing someone to talk to, he was looking for a temporary partner who shared his vision and would accompany him on this adventure.
Our solution
Malipa Hospitality Solutions supported Raoul Weil through the following stages: brainstorming, creating a dossier and accompanying him to the pop-up. Thanks to this support, Meshuga was able to see the light of day and offer Genevans authentic, flavorful Israeli cuisine.
