Gabriel, the Hospitality Manager, was not satisfied with the current operation of their restaurant and saw potential for optimization. Lacking time and putting off the subject for years, they didn't know how to go about finding a new service provider for the employee restaurant. So they contacted Malipa Hospitality Solutions for help in structuring a concrete and convincing project. The aim was to optimize the restaurant and find a new service provider, while managing the project within a limited timeframe.
