CLINIQUE DES GRANGETTES - RESTAURANT

The restaurant at the Clinique des Grangettes, under the direction of a Head Chef, offers patients and visitors market-fresh cuisine, prepared with fresh produce and adapted to the dietary requirements of a medical establishment.

Context and Mission

Gabriel, the Hospitality Manager, was not satisfied with the current operation of their restaurant and saw potential for optimization. Lacking time and putting off the subject for years, they didn't know how to go about finding a new service provider for the employee restaurant. So they contacted Malipa Hospitality Solutions for help in structuring a concrete and convincing project. The aim was to optimize the restaurant and find a new service provider, while managing the project within a limited timeframe.

What we loved about this project?

It was interesting to work on a catering project in a hospital, because it was a change from our usual customer base.
