LA DISTILLERIE

La Distillerie, founded by Quentin, is an existing bar which, as its name suggests, doubles as a distillery. Excellent, creative cocktails are concocted here, mainly using spirits produced on site. As well as cocktails, you can also enjoy natural wines and delicious snacks.

Context and Mission

La Distillerie, a well-established bar, wanted to manage the bar at the La Bâtie festival in Geneva. Quentin, the founder of La Distillerie and LVX, needed help structuring their plan and project proposal. They also needed to recruit staff, but were short of time and looking for professional support to bring the project to fruition.

Our solution

Malipa Hospitality Solutions accompanied La Distillerie through several stages, enabling La Distillerie to win the tender, successfully manage the event and establish an ongoing collaboration with La Bâtie over three editions.

Brainstorming and Production of the Application File

 Sessions to define and structure the project, and creation of a complete file to take over management of the festival's central venue

Presentation and set-up

 Presentation of the project to the organizers, support in setting up and managing two bars during the festival.

Debriefing and Performance Analysis

 Post-event analysis to prepare contracts for subsequent years.
