PIAF SANS GLUTEN
Piaf Gluten Free is a 100% gluten-free and organic artisan bakery in Geneva, Switzerland. Launched by Alice Angotti as an online bakery, Piaf Gluten Free now delivers its breads throughout Switzerland. Recently, Alice opened a café-bakery in Grand-Lancy, offering an even closer experience to her customers.
Context and Mission
The project idea for Piaf Sans Gluten was already established: to make gluten-free bread and bakery products. However, there were still many doubts and unanswered questions. The founder wanted to better understand her desires and realize the full potential of her concept. She was looking for a second opinion on various aspects of the concept, including market positioning and financial aspects.
Our solution
