Context and Mission
Leila, the founder of TchaTcha Matcha, approached Malipa Hospitality Solutions with an empty but already leased arcade, wishing to implement a matcha café concept inspired by an existing model in the USA. The team was looking for structure and expertise in the F&B sector to bring the project to fruition. Malipa Hospitality Solutions was asked to provide strategic and operational support for the opening of this new concept. The main challenge was to replicate a successful matcha café concept in the USA and adapt it to the local market, which required careful planning, well-defined processes and specific expertise to ensure a successful opening.
