Context and Mission

The Castelfalfi Hotel wanted to move up a category and needed to create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to achieve this. Philippe Rubod and Preferred Hotels called on Malipa Hospitality Solutions to structure and formalize their operations to meet the required standards.
