The Métropole restaurant offers bistronomic cuisine based on simple, gourmet combinations, perfectly mastered by talented chefs Matthieu Goubard and Mathias Clavier. Offering a true culinary voyage, the experience is carefully crafted to combine simplicity and gastronomic excellence.

Context and Mission

Following the acquisition of the restaurant, Métropole faced a number of challenges, mainly of an operational and communications nature. The teams found it difficult to optimize internal processes, which had an impact on the restaurant's overall efficiency. In addition, the communication of Métropole's unique bistronomic concept was not sufficiently clear and punchy, hampering its visibility and appeal to potential customers.
