MEDUSA

Konstantinis Kamperis opened the Khora restaurant in Geneva before embarking on the Medusa adventure. Located in the heart of the Quartier des Nations, Medusa is a “medi-east” concept born of a love for the Mediterranean, celebrating the region's culinary riches.

Context and Mission

Faced with the challenges of launching Medusa, it was essential to establish a strong brand, fully understand the market and meticulously plan every operational aspect. Malipa Hospitality Solutions was called upon for a range of essential tasks: design and implementation of branding, detailed market research, organization of launch events, strategic partnerships for special events, development of a communications plan, management of social networks, site monitoring, and overall support with a solid business plan.
