Casa Ampa is an artisanal empanada factory founded by Laura. Located in Geneva, it has been in operation for several years and is now enjoying growing success.

Context and Mission

Laura, manager of Casa Ampa, an artisanal empanada factory in Geneva, was facing organizational challenges despite the growing success of her business. Overworked and lacking structure, she feared that the production manager would leave the company, adding to her stress and difficulties. She contacted Malipa Hospitality Solutions for help, looking to structure her operations, put in place efficient procedures and ensure optimum continuity in the event of the departure of her key personnel.
